Privacy policy

This policy applies the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection where they apply.

In short

No accounts, no forms, no newsletter. We do not know who you are. We keep two small choices in your browser, read your country to decide which version of a page to show, and our host keeps ordinary server logs.

What we process

Your country. When you request a page, our hosting provider derives your country (and, in the United States, your state) from your IP address. We use it for one thing: blurring previews where the law requires age verification. We do not store it or link it to you.

Your browser's language. On a first visit, if your browser prefers Italian, we send you to the Italian version of the page. If you switch language with the selector, a cookie remembers your choice.

Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records technical data for each request (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and operation. We combine them with nothing else.

Choices in your browser. Your age confirmation and, in Europe and Switzerland, your cookie choice. Names and durations are in the cookie policy.

Affiliate clicks. Buttons and links to cam sites pass through an address on this site starting with /go/. The destination receives the page you came from, the category, the link's position and your country. It receives no name, email address or identifier from us.

Audience measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Third parties

Live previews and some ads come from CrakRevenue's widget and load from its servers. When they load, that company and the cam sites behind it process your IP address and may set their own cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they load only if you accept in the cookie banner.

Cam sites you visit from our links have their own policies, which apply as soon as you leave.

Legal bases

Legitimate interest for security logs, compliance with age-verification laws and measuring which links are used. Consent for third-party previews, ads and cookies in the regions above.

Retention

Your choices stay in your browser for the durations in the cookie policy. We keep no personal profile. Host logs are kept for the period the provider sets.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing and complain to your data-protection authority. We hold no account data, so the answer is usually "nothing linked to you"; write to contact@sex-cam-lugano.ch and we will check.

Adults only

The site is meant for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
